The Tulsa Performing Arts Center is the pulse of historic downtown Tulsa, located in the heart of the city between Second and Third Street at Cincinnati Avenue. Fourteen of Tulsa’s prestigious arts organizations call the Tulsa PAC home.
The Center is the design of Minoru Yamasaki, architect of the former World Trade Center towers. It houses four theaters, a studio space, gallery and a large reception hall. Chapman Music Hall, the largest theater, seats 2,365.
Arts patrons come to the PAC year round to attend a performance from one of Tulsa's acclaimed arts groups — Tulsa Ballet, Tulsa Opera, Tulsa Symphony Orchestra, Celebrity Attractions' Broadway series, LOOK, Chamber Music Tulsa, American Theatre Company, the PAC Trust and Theatre Tulsa among them — to sample national and international talent, to stage or attend various social functions or art gallery exhibits, and to view the PAC's extensive permanent collection of more than 70 pieces of art. All spaces at the city-owned PAC may be rented by the public.
An attractive, comfortable setting, a knowledgeable staff and superb entertainment create the gratifying experience that audiences and performers enjoy when they “Come Home to the Arts” at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.
