The moment you walk into a Fit For Her 24/7 exercise facility you realize this is not your typical gym. From the comfortable reception area to the pleasing color coordinated carpeted walls, you know it has all been designed from a woman's point of view.

Our purpose at Fit For Her is to help you to reach your fitness goals through education, motivation and training, utilizing state of the art equipment and a qualified well-trained staff.

Access to Fit For Her is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One low monthly fee entitles you to all the amenities (Cardio Workout, Strength Machines, Free Weights, Tanning, Lockers, Dressing Area, Massage Chairs, Children's Play Area, and Fitness Classes) via an electronic access card. There is no contract to sign and no start up fees. Use it as often as you like any time you want. There is constant video monitoring for your security.
